HELP WANTED

AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC

FULL TIME

SALARY: To be determined based on experience

Successful candidate will be required to provide a wide range of services to a busy automotive shop. Routine preventative maintenance, diagnose and repairs to vehicle systems.

DUTIES:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and safety checks
  • Component repairs/installations
  • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning repairs
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 diploma G.E.D. certificate or equivalent
  • Completed vocational training
  • Understanding of automotive systems, including powertrain (engines, transaxles) brakes and electrical systems
  • Proficient in the correct use of hand and power tools and equipment required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills estimate time of service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain a positive, respectful, safe and healthy work environment that supports the physical, and social working relationships with members at all levels in the team environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid class 5 Manitoba driver's license

SALES ASSOCIATES

CASUAL/PART TIME

SALARY: To be determined based on experience

DUTIES:

  • Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to enhance shopping experiences.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Work effectively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Have a very good command of the English language (read, write, speak and understand)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous customer experience
  • Able to solve problems is resourceful and motivated
  • Good reading and writing skills, can communicate and relay messages accurately
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Quick learner and with the willingness to help where necessary
  • Dependable and flexible

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
